All five leadership positions are application-based.
Individuals interested in joining the BAM HEARTS Leadership Team must submit an application and complete a review process before being officially appointed.

2. Leadership Term Structure (One or Two-Year Term)
All leadership positions operate on a one or two-year term system depending on projects.
Leadership reviews and role adjustments will take place every one or two years to maintain team growth, sustainability, fresh ideas, and leadership development opportunities for members.
Current members may apply for role advancement based on performance and organizational needs.
