1. Position Application & Review Process

All five leadership positions are application-based.

Individuals interested in joining the BAM HEARTS Leadership Team must submit an application and complete a review process before being officially appointed.

Selection Criteria Include:

• Responsibility and execution ability

• Positive attitude and professionalism

• Team collaboration skills

• Commitment, consistency, and time dedication

• Alignment with the mission and values of community service

2. Leadership Term Structure (One or Two-Year Term)

All leadership positions operate on a one or two-year term system depending on projects.

Leadership reviews and role adjustments will take place every one or two years to maintain team growth, sustainability, fresh ideas, and leadership development opportunities for members.

Current members may apply for role advancement based on performance and organizational needs.

Founding Hearts Members

Limited to 2 families

$150/year

Member Benefits:

• Priority access to events

Tier 1: Hearts Members

(Core Operational Support Tier)

Limited to 10 families

$180/year

Funds Support:

• Basic operational administration

• Event materials and preparation

• Small-scale training resources

• Community impact project foundation fund

This tier helps provide stable operational support for the organization.

Tier 2: Hearts Volunteer Families

(Honorary Volunteer Tier)

Membership fee not required. Families may join through invitation or volunteer participation.

Single Event Support Fee

$45 / $65 Participation Support Package

Used to support event execution and operational costs.

BAM Hearts will officially operate as a structured community impact initiative, including:
